Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Processing time at our warehouse usually takes 1-2 business days before the carrier picks up your package.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since we curate collections from various designers, we also include 'Fit Notes' in the description to tell you if an item runs small, large, or true to size.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Oak&Pearl Clothing Co. ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
